Since President Monson's birthday is on August 21, have your FHE be a birthday party for the prophet! Ideas include:
- Begin by decorating with some streamers or other party decorations
- Find some fun facts about the prophet to share during the lesson
- sing "Follow the Prophet" or "We Thank Thee O God For a Prophet" (or both!)
- Read Amos 3:7
- Play a trivia game with the fun facts that you found
- Make a birthday card for the prophet
- Have a birthday cake for refreshments
- Take a picture with your family around the birthday cake
- Sing "You've Had A Birthday"
- Send the picture inside the card you made to the prophet!
Isn't that a great idea?

At our house we always have a party on President Monson's birthday -since J.D. has the same birth date. But I thought it might be fun to add a couple of those ideas to add a little extra spice to the today. Hope you have a great FHE!
